No Guarantee
Verify™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or future validity of any information contained within a report.
Verification Support Tool
Verify™ is an intelligence and verification support service. It is not a legal, financial, compliance, investigative, regulatory, credit-rating or due diligence service.
No Determination of Legitimacy
Verify™ does not determine fraud, criminality, legitimacy, creditworthiness, legal status or commercial capability. Reports identify information that can be independently verified, information that cannot be independently verified and areas requiring further verification.
User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for all commercial, financial, legal and business decisions. Verify™ reports should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any transaction or decision.
Information Submitted
By submitting information, users confirm that they have a legitimate business reason for providing the information and that, to the best of their knowledge, the information supplied is accurate.
Limitation of Liability
Verify™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from reliance upon any report, assessment, opinion or finding produced by the service.
